Industries

Choose an industry, we refine the region

Each card shows the size of the industry according to official statistics (Eurostat, with source) and the price for exporting the whole industry. We do not yet publish our own counts by industry; the quotation confirms how many businesses with contacts we can supply in that industry. Selections by region, district or your own filters are quoted on request.

How you get your export

  1. Test the file structure

Download the free CSV sample file with 30 fictitious companies and check the columns in Excel.

  2. Agree the scope

Tell us the industry, region and fields you need. The quotation confirms the number of available records, the data status and the final price.

  3. Receive the file

You receive the agreed export as CSV, or XLSX or JSON on request, with a source and date for every contact.

Not every business has every contact field. Database status · Sources and methodology. Without consent you may email only the published contacts of businesses, with an opt-out (§ 116(15) of Act No. 452/2021 Coll.).

Countries

Slovakia at the centre, other EU markets on request

Our main product is the Slovak company database: 1,257,168 active entities, 1,008,131 of them according to the Register of Legal Entities (as of 3 November 2026). Companies from Czechia, Germany, Poland, Austria, other EU member states and Florida (USA) are compiled on request.

Sources: our database (as of 3 November 2026; Register of Legal Entities, directories and map data), Eurostat. Details in the methodology.

Data sources

Where the data comes from

The Slovak company database is built from public sources: open registers, business directories, map data, lists of chambers and authorities, and sector portals.

Data sources and methodology
RPO and Financial Administration

Entity identity from the open data of the Register of Legal Entities (licence CC BY 4.0): business name, IČO, legal form and address. Tax ID, VAT ID and the tax reliability index from the lists published by the Slovak Financial Administration.

Directories and map data

Phone numbers, email addresses and websites from business directories (zlatestranky.sk, zoznam.sk, azet.sk) and from Overture Maps and OpenStreetMap map data. We record the source of every contact.

Chambers, authorities and portals

Public lists of professional chambers (lawyers, civil engineers, architects and others), lists of healthcare providers and sector portals. Company websites are so far processed as a pilot.

Official statistics

Eurostat figures are used only to compare market size; they contain no data about individual businesses.

In practice

From the file to a list you can use

The origin of every contact

For each phone number and email address you receive the source where the business published it and the date we recorded it, so you can show where your list comes from.

Columns before the import

Compare the 17 documented export columns with your spreadsheet or CRM. IČO, postcode and phone are text fields, not numbers; keep them as text when importing.

An empty field is not an error

If a detail is missing in the sources, the field stays empty. It does not mean the business has no such contact, only that we did not find one in public sources.

Duplicates by IČO

Merge records by IČO. A similar name or a shared website is not enough to merge two businesses.

Frequently asked questions

Questions about format, sources and outreach

A whole industry costs between €229 and €449, depending on the industry, as a one-off final price with no subscription. Regional selections and additional filters are quoted individually. The price list shows every industry.

Choose an industry or tell us the region, district and fields you need in the request form. Before you order, we confirm the scope, data status, final price and delivery date in writing. A request is not yet an order.

No. As of 3 November 2026 it holds 2,415,912 entities, 1,257,168 of them active: 1,008,131 with the status active in the Register of Legal Entities and 249,037 businesses from directories and maps without an RPO record. 336,632 active entities have a contact (phone, own email address or website). We keep adding to the database; with every request we tell you how many records of your selection we can supply.

Under § 116(15) of Slovak Act No. 452/2021 Coll. on electronic communications, prior consent is not required for direct marketing addressed to the published contact details of a sole trader or a legal entity. Every message must identify the sender and their address and offer a simple, free way to opt out. That is why we state where each business published its email address. This is general information, not legal advice; details in the article B2B outreach and § 116.

You may call published business numbers for direct marketing, but not numbers registered on the do-not-call list kept by the Slovak Regulatory Authority for Electronic Communications and Postal Services (§ 116(7) and (8) of Act No. 452/2021 Coll.). Check the numbers against the list before a campaign. If a business declines further calls, record it and do not call again.

Yes. The standard format is a UTF-8 CSV file with semicolons as separators, which opens in Excel; XLSX or JSON is available on request. The columns and a sample file with fictitious companies are on the export and sample file page.

No. A filled field means the business published the contact in the stated source as of the source date. We do not test whether emails are delivered or phones answered. Addresses shared by three or more companies are not supplied. The database status page explains the difference.

The IČO (company identification number) from the Register of Legal Entities. For some IČO numbers the register holds several active entries, for example a sole trader with more than one registration; the quotation explains how we merge them in the export. Matching names alone are not enough to merge two records.

From public sources: the Register of Legal Entities (RPO), lists of the Financial Administration (tax ID, VAT ID, tax reliability index), the register of financial statements via Ekosystém Slovensko.Digital, business directories (zlatestranky.sk, zoznam.sk, azet.sk), Overture Maps and OpenStreetMap map data, lists of professional chambers and authorities, lists of healthcare providers, sector portals and company websites. What applies to each source is described on the data sources and methodology page.

Data about legal entities is not personal data. Data about sole traders and named contact persons, however, is. We process it on the basis of legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR); the information required by Art. 14 GDPR is on the information for data subjects page, and you can object at any time using the objection form. As the buyer, you are responsible for your own use of the data.

We take the identity of each entity from the open data of the Register of Legal Entities (latest full snapshot of 3 October 2026). Every contact carries its source date. We do not promise a fixed update interval for each contact; we confirm the scope and data status before every order.
