This document has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer and is not in force. Passages marked To be completed will be completed by the operator or the lawyer.
The controller is Martin Adamec. The address and email are given below. No data protection officer has been appointed. To be completed: the lawyer will assess which national law applies alongside the GDPR (Slovak Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on personal data protection or Czech Act No. 110/2019 Coll.).
This information concerns website visitors, prospects, customers and their contact persons. For people whose data is in the company database, the separate information for data subjects applies.
The website runs on a virtual server from Hostinger in a data centre in Frankfurt am Main (Germany). To deliver pages and for security, the IP address, access time, requested address and method, status, data volume, referring page and browser identification are processed. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR: our interest in a secure and functioning website. Technical logs are kept for at most 30 days. The connection is encrypted (TLS). The hosting provider also makes weekly infrastructure backups; deletion in the active service does not mean immediate removal from those backups.
We process the name, company, IČO or tax ID, email, phone, requested market or industry and message you submit, as well as the time of submission, IP address, browser identification and form language. An invisible check field and a timing check protect against spam. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract at your request), and Art. 6(1)(f) for company representatives and to prevent abuse. Ticking the box confirms that you have read the information and want to send the request; it is not consent to a newsletter. The server hands the message to local mail software for delivery to the operator; only if that handover fails is a backup created outside the public web directory. No automatic confirmation email is sent. Requests that do not lead to a contract are deleted 12 months after the last contact.
To handle requests and objections we process company and identification details, the data concerned, the reply address and the message under Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR. A minimal record of an objection may, under Art. 6(1)(f), prevent the data from being included again. Correspondence is kept only for as long as needed to handle and demonstrate the request.
Customer identity, business contacts, order, invoice and payment data serve the performance of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b)), legal obligations (point c) and communication with representatives and legal claims (point f). Contract and accounting documents are kept for the statutory periods.
Neither visitor measurement nor advertising measurement is enabled on the website, and it does not load Google Analytics or Google Ads. The website uses no analytics or advertising cookies. It only stores technically necessary settings in the browser where needed for the page to work (§ 109(8) of Act No. 452/2021 Coll.). If measurement is enabled in future, the website will ask for your consent first and we will update this information.
Where necessary, hosting, email and IT providers (subject to safeguards), banks, accountants and professional advisers and competent public authorities may receive data. Data from requests is not sold as part of the company database.
Access or transfer outside the European Economic Area requires a legal basis and a GDPR mechanism, such as an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards. You can request information about a specific transfer using the contact details below.
Under the statutory conditions you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time; this does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your particular situation, and to direct marketing without giving reasons. We usually reply within one month; any extension of up to two further months is explained within the first month. Requests are free of charge.
You can lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the member state of your habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement. In Slovakia this is the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava 27. The lead supervisory authority for a controller established in the Czech Republic is the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection.
This information describes the current service and will be updated when processing changes materially. The version date is shown above.
