If a record in the database identifies you, you can request access, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your particular situation, and to direct marketing without giving reasons. An objection to us covers our processing; if another company contacts you, you can also object to that company directly.
Please identify the record, the data concerned and how we should reply. An IČO helps but is optional. We will ask for further proof of identity only where there is reasonable doubt, and only as far as necessary and proportionate. Instead of the form, you can send an email or a letter.
Required fields are marked. Form data and technical metadata are used to handle and document the request as described in the privacy policy. Consent to marketing is not required. The page shown after sending confirms that the request has been received for handling, not that the data has already been deleted.
The operator assesses the request and the statutory conditions. Direct marketing ends after an objection; for other processing based on legitimate interests, any compelling legitimate grounds or legal claims must be explained. Necessary rectification, restriction, erasure and any notification of recipients required by law are carried out by the operator, not automatically by the form. A minimal record of the objection may prevent the data from being included again. We usually reply within one month and explain any extension of up to two further months in our reply. No automatic confirmation email is sent. Requests are free of charge. You can lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic or another competent supervisory authority.
