A company database is only as trustworthy as the person who builds it. That is why you will find here who runs the website, where the data comes from, how we work with it and what we deliberately do not do.

Operator

databazakontaktov.sk is run by Martin Adamec as a sole trader. All prices are final prices. The full operator details required by the Slovak Electronic Commerce Act are on the legal notice page.

The data and the website are looked after by someone who has worked with public registers for years. Emails are therefore answered by the person who actually processes the data. We would rather say openly what is missing from the data than promise completeness we cannot back up.

What we offer

  • Slovak company database – one-off exports by 21 industries, a whole industry from €229, selections by region, district or your own filters on request. As of 3 November 2026 the database holds 1,257,168 active entities (1,008,131 of them according to the RPO), 336,632 of them with a contact. Go to the industries

How the data is created

  1. Identity. Business name, IČO, address, legal form and SK NACE code come from the open data of the Register of Legal Entities; tax and VAT IDs from the lists of the Slovak Financial Administration.
  2. Published contacts. Phone numbers, email addresses and websites come from company websites, professional chamber directories, business directories and map data. For every contact we store the source address and date.
  3. Matching and cleaning. We link a contact to an IČO only when the source confirms it (the IČO, or a matching business name and address). We standardise formats, remove duplicates and exclude email addresses shared by three or more companies.

What we do not do

  • We do not buy old lists. The database is built on public registers, directories and company websites, not resold lists of unclear origin.
  • We do not supply consumer data. The data is strictly B2B: companies, sole traders and institutions.
  • We do not sell email addresses without an origin. Under § 116(15) of Act No. 452/2021 Coll., an email campaign without consent is permitted only to the published contacts of businesses; that is why we state where each email address was published.
  • We do not promise complete accuracy. Registers contain errors and contacts go out of date. We state the data status and coverage and correct reported errors.
  • We do not do your legal assessment. As the buyer, you are responsible for your own use of the data.
