How does a request work?

  1. Send your request: tell us the country, industry, region and the fields you need: email, phone, website, address or a combination. A message with these four details is enough.
  2. Check and quotation: we check what we can supply in the requested combination and state the number of records, data status and final price. Only then do you decide whether to order.
  3. Order: after your confirmation we send an invoice. Payment is by bank transfer or another agreed method.
  4. Delivery: you receive the finished CSV or Excel file on the date and by the method agreed in the quotation.

In which formats do you deliver the data?

As a CSV or Excel file, or JSON on request. You choose the format when ordering; the content is the same in each.

Can I test the data before buying?

The free CSV sample file on the export page contains 30 fictitious companies and shows the structure. It is not proof of quality for a real selection; we confirm the scope and available fields in the quotation.

How long does delivery take?

We confirm the delivery date together with the scope, price and data status in the written quotation before you order.

Which fields does a company list contain?

An export can contain the business name, IČO, tax ID, address, region, industry and the available contact fields with their source. Not every company has every field. We confirm required fields and actual coverage for your selection in the quotation.

Is there a minimum order?

No. You can request a single industry in one district. Small requests are as welcome as large ones.

May I use the data for direct marketing?

databazakontaktov.sk supplies data with sources. Without consent you may email the published contacts of businesses, with an opt-out (§ 116(15) of Act No. 452/2021 Coll.); you are responsible for your own use.

The Slovak company database is divided into 21 industries; the overview is on the company database page. The file structure is shown by the sample file. Exporting a whole industry costs €229 to €449 (prices by industry); selections by region, district or your own filters are quoted on request. All prices are final prices.
